Michelin is a French company that produces tires and also operates the Michelin Guide, which evaluates restaurants and hotels worldwide.In February 2023,
the occupation state’s tourism minister, Haim Katz, gave the green light for the Michelin Guide to evaluate restaurants in Tel Aviv (source).
