Why support?

Safad Food AB is a Swedish company with Palestinian roots. The company became known after the launch of Palestine Drink following the genocide in Gaza, which created a vacuum in the soda market after the global boycott of popular brands such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi.

Safad Food AB should not be confused with Sadaf.

BACKGROUND
Gaza.nu has been in contact with the producer, who writes:

"[...] The Hassoun family are Palestinians from Safad, living and working in Malmö, Sweden, and this company was started a few months ago as an initiative for a business that donates all of its profits to charities like msf.org, and the brothers are also registering their own charity fund in Sweden today to finance charity projects in Palestine next year. Every single penny of profit will be donated to charities such as orphanages, schools, and healthcare for children in Palestine.

The factory for the beverages is in Poland and has no collaboration with international organizations or other major brands.

The whole idea with this brand and this product (Palestine cola, ed.) is to provide the market with an alternative to not support injustice and horror.

Hvorfor støtte?

Safad Food AB er en svensk virksomhed med palæstinensiske rødder. Virksomheden blev kendt efter deres lancering af Palestine-drinken i kølvandet på folkemordet i Gaza, som medførte et vakuum på sodavandsmarkedet efter det globale boykot af populære brands som Coca-Cola og Pepsi.

"[...] familien Hassoun er palæstinensere fra Safad, der bor og arbejder i Malmö, Sverige, og denne virksomhed blev startet for et par måneder siden som et initiativ til en virksomhed, der giver alle virksomhedens overskud til velgørenhedsorganisationer som msf.org, og brødrene registrerer også deres egen velgørenhedsfond i Sverige i dag for at finansiere velgørenhedsprojekter i Palæstina næste år. Hvert eneste øre af overskuddet vil blive givet til velgørenhed såsom børnehjem, skoler og sundhedspleje for børn i Palæstina.

Fabrikken for drikkevarerne er i Polen og har ingen samarbejde med internationale organisationer eller andre større mærker.

Hele ideen med dette brand og dette produkt (Palestine cola, red.) er at give markedet et alternativ til ikke at støtte uretfærdighed og rædsel.

لماذا الدعم؟

شركة صفد فود AB هي شركة سويدية ذات جذور فلسطينية. أصبحت الشركة معروفة بعد إطلاق مشروب فلسطين في أعقاب الإبادة الجماعية في غزة، مما أدى إلى فراغ في سوق المشروبات الغازية بعد المقاطعة العالمية للعلامات التجارية الشهيرة مثل كوكاكولا و بيبسي.

يجب عدم الخلط بين سفاد فود إيه بي و ساداف.

لقد تواصل موقع غزة.نو مع المنتج، الذي كتب:

Safad Food AB, Filistin kökenli İsveçli bir şirket'dir. Şirket, Gazze'deki soykırımın ardından Filistin İçeceği'ni piyasaya sürmesiyle tanındı ve bu, Coca-Cola ve Pepsi gibi popüler markaların küresel boykotu sonrası soda pazarında bir boşluk yarattı.

Safad Food AB, Sadaf ile karıştırılmamalıdır.

Safad Food AB ist ein schwedisches Unternehmen mit palästinensischen Wurzeln. Das Unternehmen wurde nach der Einführung des Palestine Drinks nach dem Völkermord in Gaza bekannt, was eine Lücke auf dem Limonadenmarkt schuf, nachdem die weltweite Boykottbewegung gegen beliebte Marken wie Coca-Cola und Pepsi erfolgte.

Safad Food AB sollte nicht mit Sadaf verwechselt werden.

HINTERGRUND
Gaza.nu hat mit dem Hersteller Kontakt aufgenommen, der schreibt:

"[...] Die Familie Hassoun sind Palästinenser aus Safad, die in Malmö, Schweden leben und arbeiten, und dieses Unternehmen wurde vor einigen Monaten als Initiative für ein Unternehmen gegründet, das seinen gesamten Gewinn an wohltätige Organisationen wie msf.org spendet. Die Brüder registrieren auch ihren eigenen Wohltätigkeitsfonds in Schweden, um nächstes Jahr Wohltätigkeitsprojekte in Palästina zu finanzieren. Safad Food AB היא חברה שוודית עם שורשים פלסטיניים. החברה הפכה למוכרת לאחר השקת המשקה פלסטין בעקבות רצח העם בעזה, מה שיצר вакום בשוק המשקאות המוגזים לאחר החרם הגלובלי על מותגים פופולריים כמו קוקה קולה ופפסי.

אין לבלבל בין Safad Food AB לבין Sadaf.

Gaza.nu היה בקשר עם היצרן, שכתב:

"[...] משפחת חסון היא משפחה פלסטינית מ-ספד, המתגוררת ועובדת במאלמו, שוודיה, והחברה הזו הוקמה לפני מספר חודשים יוזמה לעסק שתורם את כל הרווחים שלו לעמותות כמו msf.org, והאחים גם רושמים היום את קרן הצדקה שלהם בשוודיה כדי לממן פרויקטים צדקה ב-פלסטין בשנה הבאה. כל אגורה מהרווחים תינתן לצדקה כמו בתי יתומים, בתי ספר וטיפול רפואי לילדים בפלסטין.

המפעל למשקאות נמצא ב-פולין ואין לו שיתוף פעולה עם ארגונים בינלאומיים או מותגים גדולים אחרים.
