Background
Dow Chemical Company is deeply involved in the occupation state's economy and actively contributes to maintaining the apartheid regime against the Palestinian people. Dow Chemical Company supplies advanced technologies to Israeli infrastructure. Among other products, Dow Chemical Company produces FilmTec membranes, used in the massive desalination plant in Ashkelon (source)—a city built on the ruins of the ethnically cleansed Palestinian Al-Majdal Asqalan and now part of the colonial settlement belt near the Gaza border.

Ashkelon plays a strategic role in Israeli military and infrastructure control of the area, and the desalination plant is part of the occupation state's “Desalination Master Plan,” supporting settlements. Dow Chemical Company is therefore an active technology partner in the occupation state's resource theft and militarized infrastructure.

Additionally, in 2007 it was revealed that Dow Chemical Company attempted to sell military technology developed in the USA to Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, the occupation state's state weapons manufacturer, including materials used for missile production (source)—a direct contribution to the Israeli war machine, which has systematically committed war crimes in Gaza and the West Bank.
