Focused boycott
Remember to boycott the official BDS list first. Boycott the rest, if you’re up for more.
It is difficult to boycott all red brands on Gaza.nu, which are involved in the occupation in one way or another, thus violating one or more points in our boycott strategy.
Therefore, you should prioritize boycotting the BDS list before boycotting other brands. See the BDS list here.
I want to boycott everything...
As a minimum, you should boycott the BDS list to support the focused, global campaign against selected companies. If you also wish to boycott brands that are not on the BDS list, we recommend prioritizing brands that have clear and direct support for the occupation state.
You can, for example, focus on red brands that:
- have alternatives, e.g. chocolate. See other product categories.
- are on the UN blacklist.
- operate in occupied territories.
- are involved in the arms industry.
- cooperate with the Israeli government or the Israeli occupation forces (IDF).
Under many red and yellow brand profiles, you can find a checklist that makes it easy to get an overview of various criteria, including the ones mentioned above. For example, see Sony's checklist.
You can also filter brands by criteria or category. See the brands section.
